我們必須先去成為那我們想要看見的改變(be the change you want to see)，外在世界才會隨之改變。

人類只要改變其對財富的定義，從『擁有財物和權力』改變到『使用與合作』，世界就能夠在一夕間改變！
富人必須去重新定義富裕、重新定義財富，而不是貧窮的人去定義。那些設定標準的人，必須重新設標準。
如果你要世界改變，你就必須先去成為你想要看見的那改變(be the change you want to see)。
當你們從「擁有所有權」移到「使用」的模式，也會產生許多有益的邊際效應。
尼爾：比如說？
東西的製造會減少。在地球上，每個人會去使用到的許多東西───從個人到群體───有95% 的時間，它們是被閒置著。靠「東西的使用率」維生的生意人非常了解這一點。去問問任何一家航空公司，他們的飛機每天有多少小時的「停工期」。由於這個因素和飛安的考量，使得每架飛機都以高規格的技術被製造，讓它可以被持續不停地使用，並且有效地運作。這樣也能減少飛機被生產製造的數量。世上沒有任何航空公司可以負擔得起，在機坪裡的每架飛機只使用5% 的時間。這將會是荒謬的。
然而，正是這種荒謬，構成了你們「西方世界的經濟模式」。

The world could change overnight if humanity simply changed its definition of wealth from “possession and power” to “use and cooperation,”
The wealthy must redefine wealth, not the poverty-stricken. Those who are setting the standards must set the new standard.
If you want the world to change, you have to be the change you want to see.
Besides, there are other reasons for moving to the “use of” rather than the “ownership of” model.
An economy based on such a model would also produce many beneficial side effects.
Neale: Such as?
Fewer “things” would have to be manufacured. Everyone on the planet could have the use of many things that now are used only by individuals or single families and are sitting idle 95 percent of the time.
People whose business depends on using things wisely understand this perfectly. Ask any airline how many hours of “downtime” its airplanes have each day. You will find that there is hardly a moment when they are not in use.
This requires that each airplane be built to very high specifications, so that it can take such continuous use and still operate efficiently. It also allows fewer planes to be made. No airline in the world could afford to have enough planes in its fleet to use each of them 5 percent of the time. That would be absurd.
Yet it is precisely this kind of absurdity that comprises your Western World’s economic model.
