Whatever you are experiencing internally is made out of your own energy
Imagine yourselves now in any given situation that you have experienced, may be experiencing now, or will ever experience. Imagine that sensation that you are feeling some kind of energy, some kind of force.
想像一下你自己,不論你現在處在任何一種過去已體驗、現在正在體驗、或未來想體驗的。想像你正感受到某種能量、某種力量的感覺或激動。
It may feel like a blockage. It may feel like an emotion. It may feel like fear for example.
例如,它可能感覺起來像是一種阻礙、一種情緒,也可能是一種恐懼。
But you have to begin to understand that you’re simply feeling another state of your own energy.
但你必須開始理解(並開始覺知):你感受到的只是「你自己的能量」的另一種狀態罷了。
It cannot come from anywhere else, because even if it does, as we said, you still have to create your own version of it, in order to actually have an experience.

You have to match that frequency to have an experience of it.

And by doing that, you are making that happen. You are creating that sensation out of your own energy.

No one can affect you directly in that sense. You have to agree to affect yourself.

So, allow yourself to start really understanding that whatever is you experience internally, in anyway shape of form, is made out of your energy.
所以,讓自己開始真正理解:無論你內在以任何形式體驗到什麼,那都是由你自己的能量形成的。
It’s all yours, you own it, and you can do whatever you prefer to with it.
那全都是你自己的,你擁有的東西(能量),而你可以照任何「你喜歡的方式」去改變它。
And start thinking in terms of “beliefs being these little lightbulbs” that you can unscrew and screw in as you prefer to do so.
因而,開始就「信念是一顆顆不同的小燈泡」的比喻想像一下,你可以依你喜歡的方式「卸轉下」和「安裝上」你人生路上的任何一顆燈泡。
Choosing the illumination that you prefer.
選擇你喜歡的燈泡(信念),照亮你的人生之路。
Use this analogy, and it will begin to work for you.
善用這個比喻,它會開始帶給你有效益的幫助。
Practice with this, and you will start to understand that the beliefs themselves have no power.
練習善用這個比喻,你會開始明白:信念本身並不具有力量。
They’re just a device to allow you to feel your power, your energy, in the way that you believe at that particular moment works for you, be a positive or negative.
信念,不論正向或負面,只是個依照你在某時刻所相信的方式「讓你得以感受到你的力量及你的能量」的裝置。
Because remember, you don’t experience anything that you don’t believe serves you.
因為,還記得這點嗎:你不會去經驗任何「你相信那對你是無益的」的事。(即巴夏常說的:人類做事的「動機如何運作(Motivational Mechanism)」)
is you have a belief system, you have a lightbulb, but you’re passing your energy through that illuminates the situation in such a way as to make it seem to be the thing that does serve you.
就是:你有一個信念系統,你有一顆燈泡,但你讓你的能量(電流)通過那燈泡在發光,在照亮一個「看似(你認為)對你有助益」的情境。
And then you have something to work with
然後你就有事可忙了。
Because you realize that the only way it would appear that way, is because of the lightbulb that you screwed into the socket.
因為你了解,情況會呈現成這樣的唯一原因是,你把燈泡安裝上了(你擁抱了「造成你這樣」的信念)。
Unscrew it and watch it go out.
把燈泡鬆轉開,並看著它熄掉。
And take a moment to examine all the different beliefs, all the different lightbulbs.
接著,花些時間去檢驗自己所有不同的信念,所有不同的燈泡。
Choose the one that you prefer; choose the kind of illumination that you prefer. And screw that one in.
選擇你喜歡的「信念燈泡」,選擇你喜歡的那種照明。並且把它們安裝上。
The same energy that power than negative one, will power the positive one, because they don’t have power of their own.
能夠讓「負面信念燈泡」發亮的電流,同樣也能讓「正面信念燈泡」發亮。因為,燈泡本身、信念本身並沒有能量。
It’s you that powering them all, every single moment.
是「你」在供給它們能量,在每一刻供給它們電力。
