What comes out of your mouth is often a perspective, a belief, not a fact.
(The questioner is talking about what she often feels like having a passion for doing……)
Q:I know it comes in ways, but sometimes I feel like I’m not being proactive with it.
Well, that’s probably because you’re not being proactive with it.
(註:being產生minding,minding產生doing。而doing也會產生being和強化being。可參閱:www.igod.tw/node/3044)
Q:Okay, but it’s very hard for me to finally to be proactive like I’m not always…
That is a belief. It’s not true. You’re stating that as if it was a fact. It is not true that it’s hard for you. What’s true is that
believe that it’s hard for you.
Q:Okay.
Q:好吧。
But if it’s a belief, it can be changed. And when you change it, the new belief will be just as real, will seem to be just as factual to you as what now seems to be factual when you say “but this is hard for me”, that’s not a fact.
That’s the first thing you need to realize. What comes out of your mouth the sound like a fact is rarely actually a fact.
It’s just a perspective. It’s just a belief you’ve bought into so strongly about yourself that it feels like a fact.
Q: Right.
Q:沒錯。
But I’m telling you, it can’t be a fact.
Q:Okay.
Q:好的。
Because there’s no such thing as an inherently difficult situation, only your definitions allow you to experiences this and such.
Q:Okay.
Q:好吧。
It’s not a fact. So, what this means is, you have to understand how things work. And when you understand how things work, you will clearly and obviously realized that it can’t be a fact that things are hard for you.
It can only be a fact that you’re making it harder, because you believe it’s harder.
And that means once you really wrap your mind around the fact that it’s just a belief, because that’s a fact, then you can change the belief.
And you will realize that any belief you change it to will appear just as factual.
Q:Okay.
Q:好的。
Make Sense?
Q: Yes, it makes a lot of sense, thank you.
Alright.
好的。
