為了維持「和諧」
我不能生氣?我不能憤怒?!
然而,有位智者卻說:
「憤怒、生氣」是一種自然的情緒,「有時候會生氣」是一種很自然、很正常的事
偶而會生氣、憤怒是和諧生活正常運作的一部分。
「生氣」、「和諧」並行而不悖。
「生氣」並非只是一種負面的情緒,也是一種「療癒」,
因生氣讓負面能量得以釋放,轉成正面的情緒。
它幫助你們去除那些你們不想留住的負面能量,而擁有和諧的生活。
「生氣」是一種「內建系統」,是一種釋放負面能量的「壓力安全閥」,是人性的一部分。
無法釋放的負面能量才會給你們帶來麻煩,而非釋放的負面能量。
你須在意的並非怒氣的本身…而是「以何種方式表達怒氣」。
學會用正確的方式釋放怒氣,是成熟的表徵。
若還不懂得用「平和關愛」的方式來表達怒氣,就常會感到心煩意亂。
當你的怒氣是用「愛」來表現時,並不會製造不和諧,而是將負面能量排放出去了。

It is built into the system. It is part of being human. It is a pressure valve, releasing negative energy.
It is not the release of negative energy, but the failure to release it, that will get you into trouble.
It is not the expression of anger, but how it is expressed, that causes your concern.
Learning to release anger in these ways is the mark of maturity.
